Alpha Galleon had it's quarterly health walk. It was a morning of walking and slight exercise that was aimed at improving cardiovascular health and improving our collective mood. There were indoor games to gear up engagement after the walk. The announcements of juicy prizes awaiting the winners immediately sprout the competitive nature of all participants.
